Cookie Dough is a second generation Longma with a first generation appearance, meaning he has all 8 Longma traits. With his half siser Minty Cream, he runs an ice cream parlor where they make their own ice cream with only real and organic ingredients. They both care deeply about the ice cream they create, every single drop is filled with love and care. Cookie's Longma magical trait allows him to turn fresh cocoa beans directly into pure chocolate, without having to do all of the work of drying, roasting, refining or mixing the beans, they are made instantly and are as fresh as they could possibly be! He can make any kind of chocolate through this method, from dark to white. Cookie doesn't only make ice cream, he also makes cookies and cakes with the chocolate he creates, he sells them on the side and also offers them as ice cream toppings. They say you haven't lived until you've had Cookie's Triple Chocolate Deluxe Ice Cream, where dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate collide in one amazing ice cream topped with three kinds of cookies and chocolate fudge sauce.

As for Cookie's personality, he is very passionate for his work, but also the ladies, he's been known to sweep them off their feet. He is a real mares stallion, some say his fanmares flock to him because he is such an amazing cook, while others say it's his fabulous mane that keeps them drooling over him, with the appearance of a chocolate chip cookie but as soft as silk. He puts his work over the mares however, not letting them interfere with when he's baking or making ice cream. Minty gets mad at him when he gives cute mares discounts on their ice cream and sweets, often dragging him away to do more baking while she takes over at the counter.
