As promised, here is the first of two contests I shall be hosting monthly! They are relatively small but should make for some fun times I hope! Your job for this contest will be to do a breeding between Lovebug and any OC of yours that you choose, or even a canon character or friends OC (with permission from them). Even if you don't win, you'll still get something out of it seeing as you'll get points from the foals that you sell. <3 I will also add your breeding to the large foal reserve journal if you so wish!

I mulled over who the first pony would be for the first of the monthly breeding contests, my first thought was Dusk, but hers was the last breeding contest. ;w; I thought about Smiley, but seeing as he's now part of a closed species as opposed to the last time, only people with breeding rights could have entered. But then my friends in my chatroom said I should use Lovebug, and it hit me then that she would be perfect. <3 She is an embodiment of love and cuteness, and I'm sure she'll be fun for you guys to play with! <3

Foal Reserve Journal

~June Breeding Contest Foal Reserve - Lovebug~This is the foal reserve journal for the June 2016 Breeding Contest! This will be updated every so often, usually when a new user wishes to have their future breeding placed here to get reserved slots or when one of the breedings has been completed to allow the reservees to follow it. Be sure to read the rules with each breeding.

To reserve a foal for any of the breedings simply comment with which breeding you'd like to reserve a foal in, and how many if it's permitted to reserve more than one!

If you plan to enter please fill out this form! I need this info in case you want a foal reserve, and I also need this so I can know if I need to set points aside or not if you wish for me to pay for my foals. This does not need to be definite, filling out the form is not a commitment as you will not receive any points until the foals are made, if you cannot finish your entry that is perfectly okay, I just wish to have that amount of points set aside just in-case.

Rules
1: You may only enter once, since this is meant to be a smaller one than my last breeding contests. Make it count~
1: Do not breed my pony with a pony or creature that is related to them. Be sure to read who the parents are of the pony before doing so. This applies even if you pony or creature was from a breeding but not canonically the child of the breedings parents, I still class that as inbreeding and would rather it not happen to my ponies.
2: You may do the breeding with any pony species that allows breeding, be they canon or otherwise. If they are a fan species please be sure you have permission to breed it before doing so, and be sure to credit that fan species in your deviation. You may also breed with non-pony species such as other MLP creatures or even non-MLP creatures.
3: I would like second pick in all of the breedings if they have reserves or not, with you, the breeder, having first pick. Don't worry, I'll pay for my foal if you so wish! If you'd rather make a custom foal for yourself that is okay too~
4: As soon as the foals are posted, you've picked yours and I've picked mine you are of course free to sell the other foals! Just please remember to leave the deviation with the children up until the winners are picked for the contest, if the deviation is gone I can't really pick it as a winner now can I? X3
5: This goes without saying, but no stealing artwork. If you use a base, credit it! That being said, bases are indeed allowed.
6: Leave your entry in the comments, don't reply to your own comment or I won't see it! Also, don't rely on mentions because they don't always work, you MUST post the link in a comment on this journal.
7: Since you may only enter once, if you so choose that entry could be a three way breeding.
8: More rules may be coming because I always seem to forget some. X3

Prize

The winner will be determined either by me if an entry really stands out to me, or a poll at the end of the contest if I simply cannot choose.

The winning entry will have their choice of prize! They can choose any 1 of the following;
- A breeding yielding 10 foals.
- A custom of any species I am permitted to make customs as prizes for.
- An image of a character.
- An anthro image of a character.
